Patriot Underwriters, Inc. is a program administrator servicing both regional and national insurance carriers. Patriot offers expertise in policy services, claims management services as well as premium billing and collection.

Guarantee Insurance Company provides workers' compensation insurance in over 34 states including the District of Columbia. Guarantee offers guaranteed cost and alternative market solutions with a specific expertise in segregated portfolio captives and risk-sharing insurance programs.

Our History

Patriot National Insurance Group was founded in 2003 by Steven M. Mariano. Patriot specializes in workers’ compensation insurance and has access to write business in all states except the mono-line insurance states. Patriot National has two operating subsidiaries: Patriot Underwriters, Inc. and Guarantee Insurance Company.

Patriot National is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida with seven regional offices around the country. Each office has its own underwriting, claims and loss control units.
